Because Doug Wilson is the same idiot who has extended/given UFA contracts to Scott, Mike Brown and Raffi Torres these past few years, and doesn't seem to show any signs of having learned from that yet...

They have two true top pairing guys that would step onto the jackets and be their number 1 immediately.
And while they wouldn't consider moving Brodie, let's assume for a second they might with giordano (even if it is highly doubtful)
